WHY AM I RUNNING? Because the Gutterment of the United States of America is BROKEN ! Both Houses of Congress and both Democrats and Republicans are in the pockets of 'Big Oil', Big Defense Contractors and the 'Military Industrial Complex' as a whole, Big Banks, Big Pharmaceuticals, Big Insurance Companies, Big Corporations as a whole, Organized Crime, the Drug Cartels, Foreign Countries including our enemies, and THOUSANDS of other SPECIAL INTEREST lobbies which would take HUNDREDS of pages to name.
Government "Of the People, By the People and For the People" has become our present day GUTTERMENT of, by, and for every special interest group who has the money to buy the Gutterment they want, and THAT GUTTERMENT has no interest what-so-ever in the PEOPLE who pay the taxes and fees which ensure that the SPECIAL INTERESTS call all the shots in Washington D.C. and WE the PEOPLE can all "EAT CAKE"!
WHAT I PLAN TO DO AS PRESIDENT: Realizing the truth that all branches of our Gutterment no longer abide by the United States Constitution which all Senators, Congressmen/women, the President, the Supreme Court and the Armed Forces are sworn to 'uphold, protect and defend', I shall first declare that the United States of America is in a state of dire crisis and I shall declare a formal, nation-wide 'State of Emergency' and enact MARTIAL LAW. I shall assume full control of all functions of the inept GUTTERMENT in order to re-instate a GOVERNMENT Of the People, By the People, and For the People as intended by our Founding Fathers which they clearly explained in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Article 1. Both Houses of Congress will be given an UNPAID PERMANENT leave of absence. This will be done because of the partisan 'gridlock' which is the current state of Congressional undertakings. New elections for Seats in Congress and Seats in the Senate will be held in six months. Candidates for these vacant Seats shall disavow any membership in either the Democratic or the Republican Parties and declare themselves a member of the "PEOPLE'S PARTY" and will sign a CONTRACT with the PEOPLE vowing that they WILL NOT cater to ANY 'special interests' other than the PEOPLE'S. Candidates may describe themselves as "More Conservative than Progressive", "More Progressive than Conservative", or "More Common Sense than exclusively Conservative or exclusively Progressive." There shall be a minimum of these THREE political ideologies, all under contract with the "Peoples Party", and the American Media shall be required to give equal time to all three (or more) ideologies, including all televised debates. Campaign contributions from corporations shall be limited to ONE in the amount of $10,000, thus putting corporations on a more equal 'playing-field' with the Citizenry. Private Citizens shall be allowed to make contributions in the same amount, limited to TWO $10,000 contributions per household.
Article II. The Supreme Court shall be given an UNPAID TEMPORARY leave of absence for six months while they will be required to study the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Paid Proctors shall be present to ensure that all members of the Supreme Court engage themselves in this endeavor. The Chief Justice shall be immediately be terminated for being a George "Dubya" Bush glory-boy and will be replaced by an INDEPENDENT Justice of my choosing. Clarence Thomas shall be immediately terminated for corruption and being phobic of pubic hairs on Coke cans and will be replaced by an INDEPENDENT Justice of my choosing. Samuel A. Alito shall be immediately terminated because he is an ugly puttz and will be replaced by an INDEPENDENT Justice of my choosing. All Justices shall also be required to read the writings of Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, George Washington and John Adams in order to acquaint themselves with the mindset of our Founding Fathers and the reasoning behind the Constitution and the forming of our Democratic Republic which, sadly, has become a fascist oligarchy.
Article III. Voting shall be accomplished electronically via computer. All registered Voters shall re-register giving their current voter information PLUS only one email address per voter and all NEW voters shall be required to include ONLY ONE email address with their other required information when registering to vote. Voting Machines can be programmed to favor one candidate over another and are also unreliable, therefore voting machines shall be out-lawed and voting shall be done via email from the email address on the voter's registration information. Paper balloting for Citizens without computers will be acceptable only during the two five-day work-weeks prior to the date of the election to allow time for those votes to be counted.
Article IV. All new members of both Houses of Congress shall be limited to: The Senate = two four year terms; The Congress = three two year terms. These term limits will ensure Americans that at least SOME of their Representatives in both Houses of Congress will, being that they cannot run again, will DO THE WORK OF THE PEOPLE during their last term in office instead of engaging in political posturing in order to run again for office. All members of both Houses of Congress shall be entitled to the same Medical Care coverage which they have imposed upon the People, shall receive income only while in office, and shall be eligible for the same Social Security and Medicare entitlements they have approved for the People. Current pensions for serving in either House shall be nullified immediately. Neither House of Congress shall have the option of voting themselves a raise in their income or benefits. The President shall approve all increases in income/benefits for all members of both Houses of Congress.
Article V. Government Subsidies to PROFITABLE businesses and/or corporations shall be suspended immediately. UNPROFITABLE businesses and corporations, including banks and insurance companies, SHALL NOT be granted "Too Big to Fail" status. If you're an unprofitable business/corporation, too fucking bad! If you are an unprofitable bank, lending institution or insurance company, your assets shall be seized by the Government of the PEOPLE and administrated by the Department of the Treasury. All future Government Subsidies shall be granted American Citizen Farmers (excluding tobacco farmers), to EDUCATION to raise test scores in science and math and to re-introduce the study of music and the arts in our public schools. Other subsidies shall be granted to re-invigorate America's SPACE EXPLORATION to keep us ahead of other countries in space exploration and space science. Also, subsidies shall be granted for SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH and for the DEVELOPMENT of CLEAN, RENEWABLE sources of ENERGY and for REBUILDING our outdated INFRASTRUCTURE. All government subsidies shall be targeted to the INTERNAL, DOMESTIC needs of AMERICA and absolutely NO government 'Foreign Aid' will be given to foreign countries or their interests except when the security of the United States of America might warrant such assistance. America's FOREIGN AID POLICY shall be immediately converted into an American DOMESTIC AID POLICY. All foreign aid to other countries shall be abolished until America is again financially solvent. Did you hear that Israel? I shall end all Foreign Aid and END THE WARS in Afghanistan (after burning all poppy fields), and Iraq, and all other wars our current GUTTERMENT gets us in to between now and the day I take Office. And if Germany, Japan, South Korea, (etc) ask us to leave their country we will do so. If they want us to stay, they will be required to PAY FOR the protection provided them by our presence. We need our troops at home to defend our borders.
Article VI. Virtually every Country receiving foreign aid from the American Tax-payer uses some of these funds to provide FREE health care to their citizenry. The Dictators (or other Gov't leaders) of these countries receive the credit for this benefit and no mention of Americans is ever made in this regard. If it is acceptable to provide health care to the citizens of other countries via foreign aid from America, it is also acceptable to provide FREE HEALTH CARE to the Citizenry of the United States. HEALTH CARE IS A RIGHT AND NOT A PRIVILEGE for Americans. Therefore, some Foreign Aid funds which will no longer be spent outside of the United States will be put into a PUBLIC FUND IN the United States for Americans. Additionally, Americans can opt to pay in to this fund a premium in an amount based on their income and receive the best medical care in the world from this fund. Premiums will be lower than those charged by insurance companies, there shall be NO CO-PAYs, NO DEDUCTIBLES, and the coverage will be complete and comprehensive with NO EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS. Americans who oppose such Health Insurance options shall be free to keep the coverage they have with the Insurance Company of their choice and will NOT be required to pay in to this Public Fund. The Public Fund shall simply be another option for Americans and NOT a requirement. This will provide COMPETITION in the insurance industry which will bring their rates DOWN and force their benefits UP. Call it "Socialism" if you like, Limbaugh and your ilk, and put all the negative 'spin' on it that you wish. It shall be a Social Program and under that definition, is indeed Socialism. BUT SO IS THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM, you morons! It's socialism! . . . Deal with it all you Limbaugh 'Ditto-Heads' and try reading a freakin' book once in a while instead of watching UNFAIR & UNBALANCED Fox News. You'll be surprised at how UNINFORMED you are from the news according to Rupert Murdock.
Article VII. All people who came to the United States ILLEGALLY SHALL NOT be considered the People of the United States of America. They shall be considered "Illegal Aliens". "Anchor Babies" shall no longer have Citizen status and this shall be retroactive. All illegal aliens are guilty of the crime of coming to the United States in defiance of our 'National Security' laws and shall be fined and deported or, if unable to pay their fine, shall be imprisoned for the period of time necessary to work, without pay, until their fines are considered paid in full via their labor at a rate of the current 'Minimum Wage. They shall also be required to pay for the cost of their imprisonment, public welfare, any medical care and public schooling they have received while here illegally, and shall then be deported. If such Illegal Aliens have worked in this country for pay, they shall also be required to pay into the Social Security fund all Social Security fees which they have not paid. While incarcerated and working off their debts to American Tax-Payers, the families of these criminals shall have been, on the first day of said incarceration, deported to their country of origin. All Employers shall be responsible to verify the legal status of ALL Employees via the Department of Social Security. If an Employer is found to be employing Illegal Aliens, such Employer shall be fined and required to pay into the Social Security fund any monies owed for such employment of 'illegal aliens'. When the illegal aliens and their employers in America realize the free ride has ended and our immigration laws are being enforced, those here illegally will leave this country faster than they came and the 'illegal immigration' problem will solve itself by attrition.
Article VIII. ENGLISH is the LANGUAGE of the United States of America. All "LEGAL" immigrants shall be expected to learn to speak, read, and write in English, regardless their country of origin. The American Tax-Payer is NOT REQUIRED to pay for any non-citizens to learn English except for their school-aged children who shall be taught to speak, read and write the English language at tax-payer expense as part of the normal curriculum in all American public schools. The parents of such school-aged children can learn the English language from their children.
Article IX. The First Amendment shall not be infringed. Mark Twain, Harper Lee, John Steinbeck and all other authors of great American Literature OR ANY literature of educational, historical, scientific, (etc.) merit, whether written by American or by foreign authors, shall not be edited, otherwise changed, or censored because it might be deemed 'politically incorrect' or might offend some readers. If American literature can justifiably be censored because of the word "nigger", then Rap and Hip-Hop should also be censored as well. If a reader is offended by good literature of any kind, he/she simply needs to grow up and get over themselves. "Political Correctness" is a standard every American should raise him/herself up to simply because it's the right thing to do and the right way to behave and not because it is law. Deal with it!
Article X. The Second Amendment shall not be infringed. The culture of 'gun control' advocacy is a culture in which only criminals will have guns. This system of thought is utterly idiotic! All law-abiding Citizens shall have the right to bear firearms concealed. Any Citizen convicted of a 'crime of violence' shall lose this right to bear arms, including firearms used for hunting. No State, City, County, or other organization or institution shall infringe on the right of any American Citizen to bear arms. Only religious organizations shall be exempt, but only if their religious beliefs prohibit the use of all weapons as a whole. Law-abiding Citizens, having the right to bear arms, shall be required to register their firearms at the time of purchase. A background investigation shall be required before purchase of and registration of a firearm. Any person who fails the background investigation on grounds of prior conviction of a felony or for mental illness deemed a threat to public safety and/or the safety of such mentally ill person, shall NOT be sold a firearm, ammunition or gunpowder of any kind.
Article XI. The Fourth Amendment shall not be infringed. The 'Patriot Act' shall be rescinded immediately. The TSA and every other Government agency shall NOT have the right to search a person or a person's property without a legally obtained search warrant. Law enforcement agencies, including the TSA must show legitimate probable cause to a Judge in order to obtain such warrant to search a person or a person's property. Americans have the right to travel, sit in their homes, walk down a street and/or conduct themselves in any lawful activity without being groped, molested, or subjected to radiation. All current TSA Officers who have been engaged in groping, molesting and/or subjecting innocent Citizens to radiation shall be immediately terminated and replaced with new officers who have demonstrated they have read and understand the Fourth Amendment. "Profiling" SHALL BE a legitimate means for identifying suspected enemies of the United States of America and such suspected enemies who have thus been 'profiled' constitute 'just cause' for securing a search warrant. Our only enemies that have sworn to destroy our Country, culture and way of life are Moslems and, therefore, are legitimate individuals subject to 'profiling'. Such suspects may be singled out and held for questioning, and, if after questioning, remain suspects, Search and/or Arrest Warrants shall be obtained from a Judge before groping, molesting or subjection such suspects to radiation. All others, Citizen or non-citizen, who do not or have not posed a threat to the security of the United States shall NOT be profiled. We are currently at war and our only current enemy is Islam. And ALL SWORN ENEMIES of the United States, whether now or in the future, whether Islamic or not, shall be subject to 'profiling'. It's the only way to win this (or any) war and WE ALL KNOW IT! Admit it and accept it. It's reality, folks.
Article XII. Multi-Billion dollar bail-outs to Banks, Insurance Companies, Corporations or any other such entity believed to be "Too Big To Fail" are prohibited. Any necessary bail-outs to stimulate the Economy shall be given to the People who have full, legitimate Citizenship as an American. Native Americans who do not claim such Citizenship and are living among America's populations OR on Native American Reservations shall be equally eligible for such 'bail-out' money. The value of our dollar world-wide is based, not on gold or silver reserves, but ON THE STRENGTH OF OUR ECONOMY. Therefore, printing money is not necessarily an unwise choice. What is unwise is spending these monies abroad in Foreign Aid, unnecessary wars and contributing to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the United Nations and other 'bogus' entities/enterprises. Contributions to the World Bank and the IMF will be stopped immediately and every U.S. dollar printed while this Nation is in deficit shall be spent within our boarders to strengthen our economy via the rebuilding of our infrastructure, modernizing mass transit, and returning the money stolen from Social Security since its inception by our current Gutterment over the period of several decades. When our economy recovers, the value of our currency will as well, then paying down the deficit will be a 'walk in the park' instead of an unforeseeable achievement.
Article XIII. The Federal Reserve shall be subjected to a full audit and then closed as a private entity. It and all its assets, if found to be solvent shall become the property of the United States Treasury. If NOT found to be solvent, it shall be closed and its managerial staff shall be prosecuted. Only the President shall have the authority to 'PRINT' currency. All currency printed while the United States of America is in deficit shall be spent BY the President, and ONLY WITHIN the United States, CREATING JOBS for rebuilding out-dated infrastructure, creating new infrastructure, manufacturing clean and renewable energy sources, improving mass transit, and bringing our education system back to the top and our children back to being the best educated High School Graduates in the world.
Article XIV. The United Nations shall be moved OUT of the United States of America. Until such move is completed, Diplomatic Status shall no longer be deemed an exemption from prosecution under the law which applies to the general Citizenry of the United States. Certain NON-CITIZENS shall no longer be entitled to the Rights and Protections guaranteed to Citizens by the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights. These Rights and Protections apply ONLY to American Citizens AND non-citizens who came to the United States LEGALLY. The United States of America is a SOVEREIGN NATION and shall not be subject to ANY actions or declarations which originate in the United Nations. The President shall have the right to agree with such actions/declarations or tell the United Nations to go fuck themselves. NATO is the only 'union of nations' the United States has an interest in and even that union shall be subject to my serious reconsideration.
Article XV. The United States has become on Oligarchy of Corporate Oligarchs who have whittled away at the rights of American Citizens since the end of World War Two. These Oligarchs are the exact same people who President Eisenhower warned us about in his Farewell Address to the American People when he left office. These oligarchs comprise the "Military Industrial Complex" that Eisenhower was talking about in that address. They control almost every aspect of the lives of Americans including the Media. As President of the United States of America, I shall remain in office until this oligarchy is completely destroyed, all powerful 'special interest' groups are cut down to size, corporations are limited in the dollar amount of their campaign contributions, foreign nations can no longer participate in campaign contributions, 'Police State' tactics are no longer used against law-abiding Citizens, and both Houses of Congress are replaced with full membership to include at least three political ideologies. I shall also disclose to the American Citizenry who assassinated President John F. Kennedy and why.
Article XVI. I shall decree that the Medical use of Marijuana is legal nation-wide and that recreational use of marijuana shall be de-criminalized and regulated the same as alcoholic beverages. Marijuana has not been proven to be dangerous or addicting and should not be treated as such. The largest cash crop in America, being consumed by Americans at this very moment is marijuana. Unfortunately, Americans cannot benefit financially from the cash. Therefore, American farmers shall have the right to grow and sell marijuana for profit. A one percent federal sales tax shall be imposed on the farmers, another one percent federal sales tax shall be imposed on wholesalers, and another one percent federal sales tax shall be imposed on retailers of Marijuana. Each State shall have the right to tax marijuana sales in this manner, but may tax at a rate of two percent respectively. All tax revenues shall be used to rehabilitate those who are addicted to drugs which actually ARE dangerous and/or addicting and the remainder of all such revenues shall be used to further subsidize education. Legalizing and decriminalizing marijuana will cripple the drug cartels over night as marijuana constitutes the larger portion of their trade in America. I shall also award unconditional Presidential Pardon to all men and women in American prisons who were convicted and subsequently imprisoned for simple possession of marijuana.
Article XVII. Abortion is a decision that ONLY the pregnant woman involved can make. Her Doctor, her spouse and family shall be the only contributors of opinion in advising such pregnant women in making THEIR decision. NO OTHER entity, religion or governmental institution shall have the right to decide for her. The ridiculous debate over abortion is a religious/moral debate and the separation of church and state as outlined in the Constitution shall be enforced regarding this issue. Furthermore, any mention of abortion by a candidate during a campaign for Public Office shall disqualify the candidate from running. Tax exemptions for religious organizations who introduce such emotional, hot-button issues as abortion into the political arena and/or endorse or condemn a political ideology or candidate based on religious or moral grounds shall be rescinded. Such religious organizations shall be taxed.
Article XVIII. Affirmative Action has run its course. No more Federal Incentive dollars shall be allocated to promote the hiring of minorities. Preferential hiring based on race is RACISM, and racism is racism even if the person discriminated against is white. Affirmative Action shall be, therefore, abolished.
Article XIX. As President I shall overturn the Supreme Court decision that classifies a Corporation as an 'Entity' the same as a single Citizen. This is LUDICROUS!!! The rights and protections guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights were intended by the Authors to be for the PEOPLE. Classifying Corporations the same as Citizens has reduced the average Citizen to a LOWER CLASS and elevated Corporations to a HIGHER CLASS and has contributed to the elimination of the MIDDLE CLASS! If a Corporation and a Citizen are the same, then the Supreme Court Justices shall be made to pay, out of their own pockets, all attorney's fees and Court costs for the average Citizen who tries to sue a Corporation for liable or for damages or for age discrimination or for sexual harassment or for wrongful termination, etc. This ridiculous Supreme Court decision IS NOT 'fair and equal justice under the law', regardless the nonsensical 'legalese' arguments to the contrary. Furthermore, Corporations that move their headquarters and/or their operations out of the United States for cheap labor and/or to avoid paying taxes in the United States, shall be made to pay tariffs on all goods and/or services they ship back to the United States. Such tariffs shall be THREE TIMES the amount of tax dollars they would have paid if they had remained in the United States of America. Also, all favoritism in the 'tax code' specific to Corporations shall be abolished. Corporations shall pay their fair share of the tax burden.
Article XX. The current 'Tax Code' shall be abolished. A Federal Sales tax shall be the new Tax Code ensuring that the wealthiest Americans pay the same percentage in taxes as the poorest. Corporations shall not be exempt (see Article XIX above). Sales tax on food shall be abolished for the poor and the elderly.
Article XXI. As President I shall deal with George Dubya's "War on Terror" in the following manner: First, I shall rename it "The War on Radical Islamists Who Have Sworn to Destroy America" (I'm prone to call a spade a spade - which is NOT a racist term - read a book once in a while and you might know that among other things): Moslems believe pigs and dogs are unclean. They believe that eating pork or wearing pigskin prevents them from going to heaven. Therefore, for every one innocent American Citizen killed on American soil by an Islamic Terrorist, I shall execute TWO convicted Moslem enemy combatants, wrap them in pigskin and bury them face-down covered in a layer of dog shit. If Islamic terrorism continues, I shall increase the number to FOUR convicted Moslem enemy combatants who will be executed, wrapped in pigskin and buried face-down covered in a layer of dog shit. When those dumb-asses figure out that the next number will be EIGHT, then SIXTEEN, then THIRTY-TWO, (etc.), they will eventually stop terrorizing Americans. In the case of suicide-bombers who leave no remains to be so buried, I shall hunt down, arrest and execute the appropriate number of his/her family members, friends and associates for aiding, abetting and being otherwise complicit with the crime, and these individuals shall be buried as described above. When I am convinced Islam gets the message, I will consider returning the remains of their brethren, pigskin free, to their respective homelands and their families. Fighting a war with uncivilized savages in a civilized manner assures defeat. We must fight these savages on a level they can understand. Civilized warfare (an oxymoron, by the way) is a tactic that the savages use against us and our belief that our power and might will end any war with these ass-holes is utter nonsense.
Article XXII. I will require the new Congress, after seated, to draft legislation to amend the Constitution as outlined in Article IV above to limit the number of terms in office. I will immediately sign said legislation into law and forward it to the fifty States for ratification. And finally, when I, as President, am convinced that The Constitution of the United States of America has been resuscitated, revived, and fully restored to excellent health, I shall re-instate the Supreme Court ONLY after they have demonstrated that they have read and fully understand the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as written AND INTENDED by the great and wise men who wrote it. Elections shall then be held in six months for my replacement. When a new President is elected, I shall lift Martial Law, re-instate Constitutional Law, and leave office in thirty days. Upon the day of my departure, the Constitution / Amendments / Bill-of-Rights shall again become the Law of the Land and I expect YOU, THE PEOPLE to keep it that way by being RESPONSIBLE Citizens (which requires your being EDUCATED) and standing up in protest the minute your government again oversteps it limits AS DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTITUTION. It's not just your right as a Citizen, IT IS YOUR DUTY!
