THE GAVAS MANIFESTO
WHY AM I RUNNING? Because the Gutterment of the United States of America is BROKEN ! Both Houses of Congress and both Democrats and Republicans are in the pockets of 'Big Oil', Big Defense Contractors and the 'Military Industrial Complex' as a whole. Big Banks, Big Pharmaceuticals, Big Insurance Companies, and Big Corporations as a whole. Organized Crime, the Drug Cartels, Foreign Countries including our enemies, and THOUSANDS of other SPECIAL INTEREST lobbies which would take HUNDREDS of pages to name.
Government "Of the People, By the People and For the People" has become our present day GUTTERMENT of, by, and for every special interest group who has the money to buy the Gutterment they want, and THAT GUTTERMENT has no interest what-so-ever in the PEOPLE who pay the taxes and fees which ensure that the SPECIAL INTERESTS call all the shots in Washington D.C. and WE the PEOPLE can all "EAT CAKE"!
WHAT I PLAN TO DO AS PRESIDENT: Realizing the truth that all branches of our Gutterment no longer abide by the United States Constitution which all Senators, Congressmen/Women, the President, the Supreme Court and the Armed Forces are sworn to 'uphold, protect and defend', I shall first declare that the United States of America is in a state of dire crisis and I shall declare a formal, nation-wide 'State of Emergency' and enact MARTIAL LAW. I shall assume full control of all functions of the inept GUTTERMENT in order to re-instate a GOVERNMENT Of the People, By the People, and For the People as intended by our Founding Fathers which they clearly explained in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Article I. Elimination of the two party system and creation of three political ideologies all under Contract with "The People's Party" which is designated the responsibilities of ensuring that ALL THREE ideologies are in accordance with the Constitution of the United Sates of America and that 'Special Interests' will not be allowed ANY special considerations in the law making process.
Article II. Adjustments to The Supreme Court.
Article III. Voting shall be accomplished electronically via computer NOT by Voting Machines which can be programmed or hacked to cheat.
Article IV. Term Limitations for members of BOTH Houses of Congress.
Article V. Ending wasteful Government subsidies and needless Foreign Aid. Current 'Foreign Aid' dollars to be redirected to 'Domestic Aid' to strengthen our economy and reverse the destructive policies of the past.
Article VI. HEALTHCARE SHALL BE A RIGHT AND NOT A PRIVILEGE FOR ALL AMERICANS.
Article VII. ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS ILLEGAL AND SHALL BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY!
Article VIII. ENGLISH is the LANGUAGE of the United States of America.
Article IX. The First Amendment shall not be infringed.
Article X. The Second Amendment shall not be infringed. The culture of 'gun control' advocacy is a culture in which only criminals will have guns. This system of thought is utterly idiotic!
Article XI. The Fourth Amendment shall not be infringed. The 'Patriot Act' shall be rescinded immediately. The TSA and every other Government agency shall NOT have the right to search a person or a person's property without a legally obtained search warrant.
Article XII. Multi-Billion dollar bail-outs to Banks, Insurance Companies, Corporations or any other such entity believed to be "Too Big To Fail" are prohibited.
Article XIII. The Federal Reserve shall be subjected to a full audit and then closed as a private entity.
Article XIV. The United Nations shall be moved OUT of the United States of America.
Article XV. The Dismantling of the American Oligarchic Fascism.
Article XVI. I shall decree that the Medical use of Marijuana is legal nation-wide and that recreational use of marijuana shall be de-criminalized and regulated the same as alcoholic beverages.
Article XVII. Abortion is a decision that ONLY the pregnant woman involved can make.
Article XVIII. Affirmative Action has run its course. It's a racist policy and shall be abolished.
Article XIX. Corporations shall NOT have the same status as individual Citizens of the United States.
Article XX. The current 'Tax Code' shall be abolished.
Article XXI. As President I shall deal with George Dubya's "War on Terror" in the following manner: First, I shall rename it "The War on Radical Islamists Who Have Sworn to Destroy America."
Article XXII. I will require the new Congress, after seated, to draft legislation to amend the Constitution as outlined in Article IV above to limit the number of terms in office.
